FAQs

1. Custom orders

Every order is custom and made-to-order. However, if you want an entirely custom order, please

email us with your thoughts and a design and we will be able to assist you.

2. How long will my order take?

Since each order is made-to-order, orders are processed on a first- come first- served basis. I

complete orders when I am home for break during college, so I am only able to make orders

during specific times of the year. Because everything is handmade and takes a long time, I am

unable to do them during the school year. Thank you for your patience.

3. Can I purchase in bulk?

Yes of course, for bulk inquiries please email us. Please keep in mind depending on the quantity,

it may take a long time.

4. Seasonal Drops:

Customs may not always be open, however, I have some other pieces that I will create

seasonally, which can be purchased right away. These will already be made and will be posted

periodically. There is only one of each!
